The Kangaroos (parent/tot) class is designed to incorporate the earliest aspects of physical fitness, enhance fine and gross motor skills, body awareness, and muscle coordination while promoting physical, mental and social development. Basic gymnastics movements and games create a fun and healthy atmosphere for you and your child.
Age: 2 – 3 years
The Tadpoles toddler gymnastics class is open to toddlers who are ready to venture into the gym and follow instruction without parental assistance. This class continues to enhance your child’s fine and gross motor skills, social skills, strength and coordination through the utilization of beginner gymnastics equipment, and obstacle courses that emphasize climbing, hanging, jumping, running, and rolling in a fun and safe environment.
Age: 3 – 4 years
The Cubs preschool gymnastics class is designed to further enhance your child’s developing strength and coordination by introducing basic tumbling skills and gymnastics positions. Games and obstacle courses combine to create a fun and safe atmosphere.
Age: 4 – 5 years
Twisters offers the Tigers preschool gymnastics class in a co-ed environment. This class is designed to create a fun, safe, and challenging experience for your child. They will play games, conquer obstacle courses and learn developmental gymnastics skills with an introduction to competitive gymnastics equipment.

Our toddler gymnastics classes and preschool gymnastics classes incorporate the earliest aspects of physical fitness, motor development, hand eye coordination, strength, and flexibility. In the parent/tot classes, special consideration is given to parent/caregiver bonding while also preparing the child to enter the next level of toddler classes where they will attend without a parent.
At Twisters, toddler class activities include; learning basic jumps on the trampoline, climbing through the obstacle course, learning basic stretches and body positions, and learning basic gymnastics skills on equipment designed specifically for toddlers/ preschool-age children. For active preschoolers that show above-average strength, flexibility, coordination, and listening skills, we offer accelerated programs.
