Twister Spotlight
Coach Tsvetelin!

Coach Tsvetelin was born in Sofia Bulgaria and took to the trampoline from the age of 5. He competed in Trampolining for over 20 years and in 1996, he won the European National Championship on the Double Mini! He also competed in the FIG World Cup Trampoline Championships. Tsvetelin attended the National Sports Academy in Bulgaria and received a Master's Degree from there in physical education.

Tsvetelin has been coaching for 9 years, and we are lucky to have someone with his extensive experience heading up our Trampolining and Tumbling program. Presently, Tsvetelin also works at the Boca Resort, spends time with wife, Maria, and and enjoys fishing. He is also dad to 9 year-old daughter Yana, who participates on our competitive girls team, and daughter Ivet, who is just two years old. Coach Tsvetelin loves working at Twisters because he gets to continue jumping while he teaches young people some of the many skills he has learned! Coach Tsvetelin's number one reason for choosing Twisters to coach is because he really feels like he's a part of our Twister family.
